The weather today is more on the warm and humid side. It makes me feel frustrated while typing this entry. >,<
Alright, it's the end of the month once again. What have I been doing aside from work and more work from the last entry till date?
Went Gret's birthday celebration on 9 Jun 07, clubbing and drinking with my dear girl friends, spending nights at Bebee's place every now and then, pampering myself with mani and pedicures, shopping for facial products to improve my facial skin (Cause my skin has detoriate badly even since my neglect for it...), praying at Guan Yin Miao, watching tv and dvd with Bebee, dining @ DIN YUAN Steamboat with Salsalicious peeps plus ktv session, dining @ Awon Korean Restaurant with OCBC MT mates (The bbq food is yummilious and they are having 50% discount if you have UOB card. It's at Excelsior hotel, 4th floor. Should go and try o!) and bitching away on the phone occasionally... Haha! This is how I spend my time for the past 2 weeks plus.

After dinner, we decided to rent some dvd and head to Ada's house to relax. A tiring night for me thou.
To Gret: Hope u have enjoyed your night! Apologies for being so tired and sleeping away on Ada's couch. You guys should have wake me up when the clock strike 12 and not let me continue sleeping! Felt so bad to be awake only to see you blowing the cake... Faintx!
I bought quite abit of facial and skin care products recently just to pamper myself. Ever since I joined OCBC, I haven been taking good care of my skin. Plus the late nights and waking up early, my skin condition is getting from bad to worse. So I bought an eye cream @ 125 bucks which cost me the most, a purifying mask, a CharlesWorthington Balancing Act shampoo and conditioner which is only available on Watsons, a blusher & 3 Moisturizing Mask from Faceshop and a facial washing powder from Fancl to improve my current conditions. I guess I burnt a 200+ dollar hole in my pocket on these products. Earn money difficult but spending it is so easy la. HmmFf!
My school is starting soon in one week time. I thought I can be more relax this semester with 2 modules (not including the module I failed), however this will not happened cause my appeal dint went through and I have a total of 3 modules once again. My lessons are from tue till thurs with a total of 5 projects. Shit la.. It doesn't sound good at all. With my current work stress, I am really afraid. =( Afraid of what? Ya, not being able to cope and fail...
Anyway, yesterday's dinner at DIN YUAN Steamboat was not too bad with Ada, KC, Prapti, Weiqi and Terence. And we kept ordering their thinly sliced beef which taste real good in the sour and spicy soup. Thumbs up! Karaoking @ Orchard Partyworld came next. Not all went but still we enjoyed our night with YY and Kern Ann joining us later.
And ya, I finally watched 200 Pounds Beauty! ! I wanted to watch it so badly that Bebee and I went Carrefour to buy a DVD player plus the dvd to watch. Hee!
Akira DVD Player @ $59.90. A reasonable price..
The dvd @ $22.00. Cheaper than alot of place... Good deal!
It was a funny show as describe by many.. After watching the show, I really feel that this world is really cruel. Only beautiful things are being noticed. How sad..

My worst nightmare came to haunt me. One of my paper dint get thru.
My wish of attaining a Distinction this semester came true yet Mr. God was not kind enough to give me a pass for the stupid subject, Organisational Theory (OT).
What am I to do now. =(
RMIT likes to fail people. This is a conclusion I came up with, after discussing the matter with some friends. They are money-suckers. Trying their best to squeeze abit out of every single student. And now I have became a victim.
One main thing I am not agreeable is that they failed our OT project! It was supposed to be a 6 person project but because last minute we could not locate the other 3 members so we did the project by ourself. And ya I mean 3 of us only..... AND now they failed us! How unfair! I want to appeal.... Its weird to hear from our lecturer that it was infact confirm that in a class there should be sufficient students to form a 6 by 6 group. But miracle happened... Don't know where the other 3 souls went to! I really wonder.
PLEASE HELP ME PRAY THAT I CAN SUCCEED IN THE APPEAL... Thou i know the chances are super slim. (-.-)

Random Thoughts flooding me today.
First and foremost, does anyone know when is the released for the 200 Pounds Beauty DVD?
Want to watch this show so much so I tried viewing it in Youtube and Crunchyroll webbies. Only to feel more depress when there's no sub-titles to the movie. Argh. I couldn't understand a shit. Its so near yet so far. Please inform me when you know it has been released ok? Kam Sia!
I chanced upon a blog and saw this.
Rather true? Why do man fancy showing no sign of interest in you even though they care so much. Weird. Is it a kind of mind game? I dislike mind games becos' its way too tiring to break the code they send you and understand it. I've been thru it and it sucks. For we get no where and loss the opportunity to do what we reckon be good.
Sometimes you wonder to yourself, if whatever you have now is what you want. Is this the kind of life you want to lead. I have been asking myself this. My friend once message me, "You shouldn't have much worries now. You have a proper occupation, in-the-midst of getting a degree, have loads of friends and a boyfriend for you to rant at when you feel sad. You should be happy!"
I didn't reply. It just hit me, pondering about what was said. Shouldn't I be contented? However, there's still something missing. I have been very much pampered before and its like I need the kind of pampering once again. This is what that has been missing. What is my definition of pamper? If I list it out, it will only scare you. As it may turn out to be demanding? Haha. I shall keep my definition to myself in view of not scaring anyone away. Want to know can ask me personally.
Working in a bank is not an A B C task. It requires loads of memory power, attention and no jelly-brains. Ya jelly brains is what one of colleague calls me. >,< Because he say I keep having silly mistakes when I do my work. Which is true la... I don't understand why I can forget doing some things occasionally. There are way too many rules and regulations to follow and with my half-awake-silly-brain, problems and errors keep coming my way.
I was very much insulted when my boss scolded me on Friday.... Only to defend myself, I raised my voice back. It was actually nothing big but the way he reprimanded me can't be accepted. To add on, I was already having a very bad day and feeling really down cause I was scolded many times by my Customer-Service-Manager (CSM) for all the stupid mistakes I made.
Okay the story went like this.
Boss: Val, what is the customer's name of the loan I pass you?
Me: Eh.. hold on ar. It's Ho XXX XXXX.
Boss: HUH ? WHAT?
Me: Mr. Ho XXX XXXX la....
Boss: Wah liao eh its Mr. Ho Cher Wan! You never go to school before is it? Like that also cannot read?" *staring at me with an annoying face*
Me: YOUR HAND WRITING NOT CLEAR WHAT! ! OF CAUSE I CAN'T PRONOUCE CORRECTLY RIGHT !!!!!"
............ SILENCE!
CSM (shouting from back room) : VALERIE!!!!!!
It's like the scolding never end that day. I felt so exhausted and depressed at that moment and could hold my cool no more, only to find myself broke down. :(.....
My colleague panicked and comforted me with, "Don't cry la.. Not worth it! Already not very pretty le, cry liao become worst lo!!!!" He just make me laugh while I was crying lo... What a way to comfort me! Haha. Anyway I wonder how long I can tahan before I change to a new working environment. :X
Vesak day was a movie cum crabby day. Not crappy! =) Gret, Alvin, Mas, Madeline, Alex, Bebee and I gathered at Ada's house. We watched Miami Vice and had a great feast there. Her sweet mum cooked chilli crab, roasted chicken wings and hokkien mee for us lo! Yummilicious! *THANKS AUNTIE* Sadly, Bebee is allergic to crab, prawn and sotong. In other words, he has very little variety to satisfy his hunger. So KE LIAN! After the gathering, I accompanied him for supper lo! Haha!

Lastly, I finally managed to visit the infamous chill-out place, CAFE DEL MAR with Amanda and Lisa yesterday! The environment is quite nice. Very hip! And SANDY. The beds placed at the sand area was rather dirty and sandy! Amanda and I started to itch after sitting down for a few minutes on the bed and decided to shift to a non-sandy location. It would have been better if they played R&B instead of house music all the way. *beams*
